Sales Representative (Outbound Calling)
We are seeking two highly driven Sales Representatives to execute outbound prospecting efforts targeting IT Companies, MSPs and potential end clients. This hunter-focused role is responsible for initiating first-time contact, articulating our professional IT services value proposition, qualifying prospective clients, and generating sales-ready leads and appointments for the broader sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to IT companies using HubSpot CRM
- Introduce company products/services clearly and professionally
- Identify and qualify potential clients and decision-makers
- Schedule follow-up calls, demos, or appointments when applicable
- Maintain accurate records of calls, notes, and outcomes in the CRM
- Meet daily/weekly calls, lead generation and appointment set targets
- Coordinate with internal sales or account teams for handoff of qualified leads
- Follow approved call scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow
Job Requirements
Required:
- Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or cold calling
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Confidence in speaking with IT professionals and company decision makers
- Ability to handle objections professionally
- Basic knowledge or willingness to learn about IT services/products
- Familiarity with CRM tools and call dialers (or ability to learn quickly)
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined in a remote setup
- Reliable internet connection and calling equipment
Preferred to Have:
- Experience selling IT services, SaaS, MSP, or technology solutions
- Background in B2B sales or lead generation
- Experience working with U.S. or international clients
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding call or sales targets
- Lead mining background using tools such as ZoomInfo and Apollo or personal outreach
